台鐵自強號撞屏東枋山土石流脫軌　馬英九總統9:30視察

台灣本島持續籠罩在豪雨威脅之中，台鐵自強號302次列車昨日上午在屏東枋山隧道口撞上土石流，總統馬英九今（1）日一早新增行程，9時30分將前往屏東枋山一號隧道受損情形。

中央氣象局資料顯示，本島各地今日雨勢減緩，花蓮、台東大雨特報，其餘縣市仍陷豪雨警報中。昨晚統計，3天來全台降雨最多的是屏東春日鄉的大漢山測站，共降下1288毫米的雨，累計3天的降雨，前10名都在屏東和台南。

台東開往高雄台鐵自強號302次列車，昨日上午7時26分行經南迴段枋山2號隧道口，以90公里時速撞上沖刷到軌道上的土石流，造成列車出軌，4節車廂卡在隧道，第5、6節車廂瞬間分離，車廂變形、玻璃碎裂，車上250名乘客有17人受傷，3人傷勢較重，司機員及列車長也受傷。

據鐵路局統計，南迴線昨日全天有32列次、約7000人受影響。台鐵簡訊今日清晨6時47分通報：受豪雨影響之路線，經搶修後，除南迴線外，其餘各路線均正常發車行駛。

馬總統和行政院長江宜樺昨晚8點趕赴經濟部水利署防災中心視察。總統原訂今日上午出席「青年政策論壇」全國會議，行程取消。
