桃園縣環保局查日月光 態度轉變

桃園縣環保局日前才發布日月光中壢廠區透過未經登記許可的暗管，排放汙染廢水，總共罰款51萬元，封測一廠製程停工，該局今天上午表示，邀請專家學者經一天「深度稽查」，「未發現私設暗管」。不到一周前，環保局才信誓旦旦指稱「日月中壢廠區排放管線未經許可登記，環保局勒令停止排廢水、封管、製程停工」。前後竟大不同，環保人士懷疑，不知雙方是否達成什麼協議，讓桃園縣環保局態度大轉變。
