南韓勞動成本看升 雇主憂

南韓最高法院18日在判決中，擴大基本工資的界定範圍，引發這個亞洲第四大經濟體勞動成本即將上升的疑慮。

最高法院判決，汽車零件製造商KB汽車科技公司必須將員工雙月獎金納入基本薪資，支持2010年7月提告員工的主張。但最高法院拒絕員工要求，不承認季度津貼及福利金為一般薪資。

最新判決對南韓雇主而言是一大挫敗。在南韓，基本薪資被用於計算加班費、每年調薪等基準。韓國雇主協會估計，判決結果將為企業每年增至少13.75兆韓元（130 億美元）的勞動成本。

邁達斯國際資產管理公司許弼奭（音譯）說：「這聽起來對南韓企業不是利多消息，但只要公司找到規避方法，這些支出仍可能減到最低。
