侵犯隱私 Google遭西班牙罰90萬歐元

西班牙政府指控全球最大搜尋引擎Google公司，侵犯個人隱私，對Google公司罰款90萬歐元。

「西班牙數據保護局」說，Google公司2012年施行的個人隱私政策，沒能充份保護使用者個人資訊，違反西班牙個人隱私法，因此處以罰款。

Google沒有告知使用儲存了哪些個資，以及這些資訊被用在哪些地方，此外，Google將個資長時間儲存，導致使用者無法更新或刪除被儲存的個資。

Google公司表示，他們還在考慮是否提出上訴。
