解禁 古巴取消汽車進口限制

古巴政府19日宣布，將在半個世紀以來首度放寬對汽車進口的限制，結束限制私人購車需經官方許可的制度，對古巴人民開放汽車市場。

古巴共產黨中央委員會機關報格蘭瑪報(Granma)報導，古巴的部長會議在18日通過，准許汽車進口並以市價在古巴進行買賣。

報導指出，這項決定將逐步讓古巴的各種車輛--汽車、卡車和摩托車能夠自由零售，並結束核發官方許可證才能買車、讓擁車者在古巴成為特權的慣例。

長久以來古巴共產政府一直壟斷對進口車的銷售，要想買車的人必須獲得交通部的許可，取得特殊的許可證。

但根據新政策，古巴人可以直接到政府的商店去購買進口汽車，而不再需要政府的許可。

古巴當局早在2年前，就已解除個人之間中古汽車的買賣限制。但若想從政府的國營商店購買新車或中古車，就必須取得政府許可。
