奧運／普京強調　運動員人人平等

索契冬運開始後，俄羅斯總統普京如何面對排山倒海而來的反排斥同性戀的聲浪，外界都在看，他在今天表示，作為奧運東道主，確保所有選手「人人平等」是基本責任。

俄羅斯今年通過一項法案，禁止同志在公開場合宣揚同性戀思想，以及向兒童傳遞同性戀訊息，甚至不得在公開場合有親密行為，違者將被逮捕拘留。

普京在一場例行記者會上表示：「對我們來說，最重要的是以良好的組織團體來進行這場賽會，並致力於所有運動員平等。」

美國總統歐巴馬已經率先出招，任命Billie Jean King與Caitlin Cahow兩名公開同志身份前運動員擔任索契冬運代表團成員。

不久前成員之一的前花式滑冰選手Brian Boitano 也公開出櫃，而且這些成員分別被安排出席開幕與閉幕典禮。
