統一超今天公告董事長高清愿辭職，將由羅智先接任。高清愿仍任董事。

高清愿近來逐步退居幕後交棒給下一代，在統一、統一實與統一超之後，目前只剩上市的油脂公司大統益董事長仍是高清愿。
