援菲災 郝龍斌：北市已完成準備

針對菲律賓颱風災情，台北市長郝龍斌說，市府已作好各種協助救災的準備，並透過公益團體與菲方連繫，但一直沒接獲回應，「可見這次災情有多嚴重」。

郝龍斌11日晚間召集幕僚，研討如何援菲；12日在市議會，市議員李慶鋒也質詢「新北市長朱立倫已宣布發動募款，台北市是首都，與菲國有姐妹市，為何沒有動作？」他「善意提醒」郝龍斌不能被朱立倫比下去，也不要顧忌菲國警察曾槍殺我國漁民。

郝龍斌說，菲國槍殺我漁民與這次天災是兩回事，人道救援也不必有任何考量，消防局早已作好救災準備，但這次是水災，與震災不同，只要接到國際救援團體通知，消防局24小時內就可出動。

他說，很多菲國勞工、看護工對台北市民有很大幫助，勞動局已與教會、外勞組織連繫，盡力安定北市菲勞、看護工的心理，協助重建家園。
