培根畫作天價落槌 破孟克「吶喊」紀錄

拍賣公司佳士得(Christie's)表示，一幅英國畫家法蘭西斯．培根(Francis Bacon)的畫作，12日在紐約以1億4,240萬美元落槌，創下藝術品拍賣最高價的新世界紀錄。

根據佳士得發表的聲明，培根這幅「佛洛伊德肖像畫習作」(Three Studies of Lucian Freud)，是首度被拿出來拍賣。在經過6分鐘激烈的電話競標之後，以1億4,240萬5千美元落槌。

「佛洛伊德肖像畫習作」的成交價，打破了先前由挪威印象派畫家、表現主義先驅孟克(Edvard Munch)名畫「吶喊」(The Scream；又名「尖叫」)，2012年5月在紐約蘇富比拍賣會上，以1億1,990萬美元賣出的紀錄。
