中華奧會12/28改選 蔡辰威交棒 林鴻道呼聲高

今年底到明年春是國內許多單項協會改選理事長的高峰期，體壇龍頭中華奧會已預定12月28日改選，現任主席蔡辰威決定交棒，奧會副主席、帆船協會理事長林鴻道是接任呼聲最高的人選。

為了與國際奧會(IOC)接軌，此次中華奧會改選有諸多變革，除32個亞奧運正式競技運動種類裡事長與國際奧會委員吳經國為當然奧會委員外，中華奧會日前召開運動員委員會，曾在2004年雅典奧運替我國奪得金牌的跆拳道名將朱木炎以及3屆奧運射擊國手林怡君在會中獲得委員們推舉，成為中華奧會下任委員。

中華奧會秘書長陳國儀昨表示，新任中華奧會將有63位委員，目前已確定35位，12月14日將先改選出28位新委員，有意競選新任委員的人必須得到5位現任委員連署才具有候選資格。

此外，經IOC強力要求後，中華奧會副主席原由當選後的主席提名，現在則得透過選舉機制產生。陳國儀說，副主席需獲得10位新任委員連署，有意角逐主席大位者則要有半數以上的委員連署方能參選。
