職災保護公聽會 籲保險單獨立法

職業災害勞工保護法修正草案正在立法院初審，由於相關條文仍有爭議，立法院社福衛環委員會今天舉行公聽會，多位與會專家和民間團體呼籲，應將對職災保障另以「職災保險法」單獨立法。

勞委會副主委郭芳煜說，勞委會贊同將保險部分單獨立法，預計明年四月草案會出爐送行政院審議，但現有職保法也不能偏廢，盼職保法相關修正草案能在立法院這個會期通過，包括將合法來台外勞納入職保對象等。
