高市成立農耕團 培訓型農青年軍

農業也搞世代交替，高雄市政府開辦「型農培訓班」，鼓勵青年投入農作，為農村注入新活力，並成立「農耕技術服務團」教導農業新軍，協助農業轉型升級，發展精緻創新農業。

農業局長蔡復進表示，高雄市物產富饒多元，具備發展精緻創新農業的實力，農業形象也逐漸走向年輕化，為鼓勵更多小農返鄉耕作，市府透過成立顧問團及技術服務團隊，結合生產加工服務產業、產官學及農業耆老，教導新世代從事農作，扶植成立農業青年軍。

蔡復進指出，高雄農業的轉變，不但有越來越多民眾參與農業活動，也吸引大批商家或農友首選在地農產，他歡迎小農到高雄打拼，從事農業生產、研發工作或使用在地食材，成為高雄農二代的一員。

為配合「型農」青年軍，市府今年夏季起也發行季刊「型農本色」，希望藉由個性有型的青年軍，顛覆傳統的農業及農民形象，改造農友、提升價值，打造自我本色的農業品牌。
