廈門經銷商向大統求償560萬

黑心油品事件延燒到對岸，大統長基公司設在中國大陸經銷商「廈門祥順和」等公司，因不堪退款損失，聘請國內律師蔡文彬在昨〈十二〉日正式向彰化地院遞狀提告，並附帶提起民事損害賠償訴訟，初步向大統求償五百六十萬；院方受理後將併案審理。

大統長基公司所產製添加有害人體「銅葉綠素」黑心油品案，不僅已禍延國內的頂新、味全與福懋油脂等多家製油大廠，甚至已延燒到對岸，大統油品在中國大陸福建省的經銷商「廈門祥順和」公司的葉姓負責人，原本是代理金門高粱酒的經銷商，從一年前開始也經銷大統長基所產製的橄欖油、黑麻油等高價油品，年度進貨量多達一千多萬台幣，行銷到中國多個省份；結果在大統長基公司爆發產製黑心油品後，讓大陸民眾迷思「台灣製造」就是品質保證因此破滅，紛紛要求退貨。

「祥順和」公司不堪眾多消費者提貨要求退款以及庫存的損失，加上商譽嚴重受損，因此跨海聘請國內知名律師蔡文彬在十二日正式遞狀提告，並附帶提起民事損害賠償訴訟，經估算後初步向大統長基公司求償五百六十萬。
