財長：治水預算若編一百億 可不需加稅

行政院長江宜樺表示，治水預算不夠，明年考慮加稅，財政部長張盛和說，治水預算要看金額多少，如果是編1年100億元，不必加稅，財政部籌措得出來。

張盛和對媒體表示，關於治水預算，政府有需要，財政部就會籌措財源，而籌措財源也不只加稅一途；如果說6年新台幣600億元，1年100億元，還不到加稅的必要，財政部籌措得出來。
