相隔2月 王金平11月11日重返黨中央

國民黨全代會將延期到11月10日在台中舉行，11月11日舉行在中央黨部舉行中評會，身為中評會主席團成員之一的王金平，也將應邀出席。

巧合的是，整整兩個月前的9月11日，王金平才因為司法關說案被國民黨考紀會撤銷黨籍，當天他赴黨部遞交答辯書，本來可能就此和國民黨劃清界限，不料兩個月後，情勢大不相同，頗有「『王』班師回朝」的氣氛。

中評會舉行當天，馬英九總統也將出席致詞並聽取中評委們意見。除了可能和金平再度正面交鋒，身兼國民黨主席的馬總統和王金平，也可能得面對黨內大老們對「九月政爭」的「車輪戰」。
