馬習會不該在國際場合？　王郁琦：現在談太早了

馬習會議題進來在兩岸之間發酵，國台辦發言人范麗青16日明確表態，「若兩岸領導人會面是中國人自己的事，不需要藉助國際會議場合」，陸委會主委王郁琦稍晚在立院回應，兩岸領導人會面須等待一些條件成熟，現在談這些問題，他直言還是早了一點。

國台辦16日召開記者會，針對馬習會議題，發言人范麗青認為，「台灣方面人士」參加APEC經濟領袖會議問題，應根據APEC有關諒解備忘錄的規定處理，「兩岸領導人會面是兩岸中國人自己的事，不需要藉助國際會議的場合。」

此外她還說，兩岸領導人會面是大陸多年來的主張，只要有利於促進兩岸關係和平發展，大陸都持積極開放的態度。

王郁琦表示，有關馬習會現在還是要看國內民意，這才是最重要的因素，同時也要注意到對等尊嚴原則，在不損害國家利益等前提下，等這些條件都成熟後再談這個問題。對國台辦的想法，他直言現在談這個還是早了一點。
