宜蘭男子遭駭 怨網站客訴管道不足

宜蘭縣冬山鄉一名劉姓男子，前天下午接到信用卡銀行來電告知，信用卡消費出現異常，劉男原以為是詐騙電話，事後回撥信用卡客服電話，赫然發現是自己Google Play的電子錢包遭駭，被不肖人士盜刷近7000元，隨即去電銀行止付並向警方報案。

劉男今天上午透過冬山鄉民代表楊弘旻召開記者會，認為Google身為跨國企業，客訴管道卻不暢通，只提供網路線上申訴，顯得不親民，而且Google Play的電子錢包的安全機制疑似也有漏洞？

宜蘭縣政府消保官周錫福表示，目前消保法規中，僅要求企業提供客訴管道，尚未要求何種客訴方式，將針對劉先生的個案，向Google公司呼籲，提供更多元、便利的客訴管道。

除此之外，周錫福也提醒消費者，面對不友善的企業體，消費者也有選擇的權力。
