設計師遭民政局退件　廣告暗罵「腦殘畜生」！判緩起訴

一名平面設計接受民政局委託，製作「2013年臺北燈節」文宣，因不滿屢次被退件，竟在文宣廣告的燈箱上暗藏「白痴智障腦殘畜生民政局」等字眼，被眼尖的民眾發現，民政局提告設計師，檢方依侮辱公署罪嫌將他緩起訴，須提供60小時的義務勞務。

民政局去年委託一間行銷公司的某位平面設計師，製作「2013年臺北燈節」文宣的燈箱廣告，並設置在15座公車候車亭，但卻被眼尖民眾發現，「臺」字下方暗藏「白痴智障腦殘畜生民政局」幾個字。

民政局接獲檢舉，才知道文宣設計被動了手腳，盛怒之下決定提告這名設計師侮辱公署，士林地檢署偵辦此案，發現設計師是因不滿屢次被民政局退件，才會再文宣上暗藏辱罵字眼惡搞。

士林地檢署依侮辱公署罪嫌將他緩起訴，須向政府機關或公益團體提供60小時的義務勞務。
