自稱濟公 性侵雙胞姊妹

神棍李士賢自稱「濟公」附身，詐騙女菜販帶他回家供養後，藉口排除晦氣、通氣等理由，穿著道袍性侵女攤販一對雙胞胎女兒五十多次，最高法院依強制猥褻、強制性交罪，判有期徒刑十六年定讞。

國小肄業的李士賢（卅七歲），聲稱是神明「濟公」的乩童，對外自稱「濟公禪師」，八年多前認識新北市一名女菜販，佯稱自己是對方「前世兒子」，婦人信以為真，前年底把他帶回家供養，讓他在客廳起乩辦事。

李士賢因垂涎女菜販一對就讀大學的雙胞胎女兒，經常在母女面前起乩，佯稱雙胞胎是「神明的女兒」，他起乩時，如果有肢體接觸，不可以閃躲，若有身體不適，神明可透過他搓揉患者腹部，或以手指插入私處、吸吮唇頸胸部等部位排除體內晦氣。

李士賢見女菜販深信不疑，去年三月間開始利用姊妹身體不適等機會，不顧被害人反抗，一個半月內性侵姊妹五十三次，經被害人向親友哭訴後，親友陪同報警，才揭穿假濟公的真面目。

李士賢堅稱當時起乩，什麼都不知道，女菜販起初還替他求情，但法官認為，李士賢利用一般人敬畏鬼神心理，藉口性侵被害人，惡性重大。
