阻網路成癮 台南防制中心上線

【大紀元2013年12月24日訊】（大紀元記者賴友容台灣台南報導）網路成癮變低頭族，已逐漸形成社會問題，南市家庭教育中心24日成立網路成癮防制中心，希望結合各網絡單位力量，協助家長使學童聰明使用網路，若學生疑似有網路成癮者可轉介學校心理師或社工師提供協助。

醫師市長賴清德表示，網路成癮首先課業受影響，接著身體、心理逐漸出狀況，若嚴格限制會有如毒品戒斷症候群出現，包括心神不定、焦慮不安、心跳變快，甚至於寢食難安等，長期下來，對個人健康、學校課業及工作影響很大，也會影響整個社會。

南市府幫助學童不要成為低頭族，建立「聰明用4電，網路不成癮」的生活環境。教育局表示，南市家長可透過412-8185諮詢健康上網等相關家庭議題，此外亦提供預約面談服務。◇
