不才小弟目前面試了幾家公司 目前都沒消息 真的很希望可以在年前找到工作 不然年真的不太好過 面試過程發現到一個現象 有些主管在面試時都會說 不好意思我剛拿到你的履歷 你先自我介紹一下 然後才開始慢慢看 不才小弟以為面試前主管應該都稍微看過履歷才會來跟你面試 所以想請問一下 會這樣通常是被人資隨便挑拿去做業績用的嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.52.234
