美國消費者支出 信心指數都創五個月新高

美國11月消費者支出創5個月新高，12月的消費者信心指數也是5個月來最高，顯示經濟持續展現動能，歲末年終買氣可望繼續上揚，為2014年的經濟帶來強勁走勢。

美國商務部昨天公佈，消費者支出上升0.5%，高於10月修正後的0.4%，連續7個月呈上升走勢，狀況優於預期。12月的消費者信心指數攀上5個月以來的高峰。美國消費者支出佔經濟活動的2/3，是推動國內經濟的主要動力。

數據顯示，今年第4季的消費者支出成長年率肯定會再度爬升，第3季消費者支出成長年率為2%。商務部上周公布，第3季GDP年率擴張至4.1%，成長速度為2年來最快。國際貨幣基金組織(IMF))日前表示將調升美國明年經濟展望。IMF10月曾預估2014年美國GDP將成長2.6%。

美國經濟顯露好轉跡象的同時，利率仍然維持在低點。消費者物價指數與上月持平。過去12個月內的物價上升0.9%，10月份消費者物價指數增加0.7%。
