法務部調查監聽 羅瑩雪：不設停損點

特偵組監聽辦案涉嫌違法，法務部日前成立監聽事件調查小組，在昨天(3日)晚間約談特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗、執行監聽作業的檢察官、檢察事務官、調查局官員，調查監聽過程。

法務部長羅瑩雪今天(4日)前往立法院，媒體詢問相關進度。羅瑩雪表示，她並沒有參與調查，所以不清楚細節內容。不過她強調，監聽案的調查不會設下停損點。

羅瑩雪：『(原音)我們已經開始調查了，昨天大家很辛苦開會到很晚，到10點多還沒結束，詳細情形我不知道，可以問我們發言人陳次長。(記者：調查方式跟北檢一樣嗎？)我不確定，因為我沒有參與調查，我遲到了。(記者：調查總長有沒有上限跟停損點)沒有。沒有停損點沒有上限。』
