北檢傳馬英九總統等人調查檢察總長黃世銘洩密案，民進黨主席蘇貞昌上午參訪屏東縣林邊鄉氫能燃料系統時說，全民希望政府拚經濟，中央高官卻在內鬥，忙著跑法院，讓人民非常失望，且同時有多人在應訊，可知道這個案件有多嚴重，馬英九要為國家亂局負起責任。
