交長：高鐵優惠方案應延長時間

高鐵票價調漲，媒體和民意一面倒反對，今天（3號）這個話題也在立法院持續延燒。立委李昆澤認為，高鐵因應漲價提出的優惠折扣措施應該要延長到年底，而立委蔡其昌更強硬表示，如果高鐵想要延長特許年限，避免破產，就不應該調漲票價，高鐵董事會的官股代表應該要發揮作用。（閻大富報導）

高鐵漲價雖然木已成舟，但三號在交通委員會仍引起多位立委不滿。立委李昆澤表示，高鐵的態度傲慢 ，只願意將優惠實施到春節前，他要求高鐵延到年底。

交通部長葉匡時表示，他認為這個時機漲價並不適合，但為避免法律問題，交通部也只能核備。葉匡時說，他也不能接受高鐵優惠只到春節前的作法。

而立委蔡其昌則表示，政府把利息降低也改變折舊算法，幫高鐵省下四百五十億，現在又要延長特許期，等於政府想辦法讓高鐵永續經營，但誰來幫人民荷包著想，他說，如果高鐵不將票價調回來，就反對交通部將高鐵的特許年限延長。（圖：立委蔡其昌要求高鐵不降價就反對延長特許期）
