開張3天就被拆 七期攤商討租金

最短命的夜市，台中市七期夜市，三個禮拜前開幕，三天就被拆了，但是，承攬夜市的業者已經收了三個月的租金，三百多名攤販，錢要不回來，今天集結抗議，要業者退還租金。

號稱台中市最大，最賺錢的夜市，才三天，挖土機，成了最短命的夜市，因為沒有合法申請，被市府勒令停業拆除，拆了之後，問題還是沒完沒了，這二十多個人，是夜市攤販，每人繳了三個月的租金，一萬八千元，三百多攤總共收了五百多萬，現在卻要不回來。

不只租金要不回來，賣生蠔的攤販，進了一堆貨，無處賣，等著發臭，還有牛排冰淇淋攤商，也囤貨血本無歸，更慘的是，錢還沒賺夠，民眾拿了免費促銷餐券，吃完之後，攤商向業者請款，也請不到，開幕時搶搶滾的人潮，曇花一現，攤商花了一萬八租金，只做兩天生意，就被趕下場。
