蘇治芬強烈要求中央治水經費不能斷

雲林縣長蘇治芬今天召開記者會，強烈抨擊中央明年全台治水計畫竟只編列14.5億元公務預算，嚴重漠視治水工程及災區民眾死活，反觀五楊高架橋花了820億，卻不勘潭美颱風一擊，她請行政院長江宜樺若不懂治水，可以請曾任公共工程委員會主委的內部長李鴻源教他。

「治水不能停，治水經費不能斷！」蘇治芬強調，全台8年800億計畫（後來追加到1160億元）經費已用完，雲林縣獲核定83億元，有7成由經濟部水利署執行，已發揮具體治水成效；但全縣32條水系已完成規劃所需經費達462億元，尚不足379億大缺口，她要求以「特別預算」方式，將全台易淹水地區6年600億後續治水計畫，提升為3年600億元，協助雲林地區杜絕水患。
