韓擴防空識別區 我外交部籲：各方和平對話

針對南韓國防部公布「韓國防空識別區」（KADIZ）擴大方案，由於和中國大陸稍早公布的防空識別區相互重疊，可能引發爭議緊張，我外交部今天（8號）發布新聞稿對此表示關切，並呼籲相關各方應該持續透過和平對話，解決區域爭端，避免升高緊張情勢，共同維護區域的和平穩定。

外交部強調，針對東海情勢發展，馬總統去年提出「東海和平倡議」呼籲相關各方應該自我克制，不要升高對立；同時也要擱置爭議，不放棄對話溝通；並應遵守國際法，以和平方式處理爭端。外交部認為，這項倡議獲得各國普遍肯定，精神與原則都值得相關各方積極採納。
