伊朗總統首次提預算 打擊通膨列優先

伊朗總統魯哈尼(Hassan Rouhani)今天(8日)向國會提出他出任總統以來，首次的撙節預算案，他揚言要對抗國內節節升高的通貨膨脹，並推升國內的經濟成長。

伊朗過去幾年的通膨不斷升高，分析師指出，造成通膨升高的原因，跟西方國家的經濟制裁與前總統阿瑪丁雅(Mahmoud Ahmadinejad)的財政管理不善有關。

魯哈尼在透過國營電視的實況演說中表示：「增加就業對(伊朗)未來的經濟表現最為重要，但是我們現在面臨的最大的問題卻是通貨膨脹。」

他並且說：「過去幾年的經濟遲緩與通膨問題，是前所未見的。」

伊朗由2014年3月開始的預算，若是以公開市場的匯率計算，高達660億美元。

此外，阿瑪丁雅去年的預算約達2,000億美元，不過到了10月就進行修正，因為伊朗政府認為無法籌措到如此高的預算金額。

伊朗媒體上星期報導，伊朗政府的2014年預算支出是以每桶原油100美元計算，約低於北海布倫特原油10%的價格計算。
