洪案醫官呂孟穎 獲不起訴處分

洪仲丘案醫官呂孟穎，雖未在第一波18人起訴名單內，仍遭軍方依涉及醫療過失，送醫事審議委員會進行鑑定，呂孟穎當時喊冤，他是唯一想救洪仲丘的人，日前桃檢約談，醫師公會力挺。

呂孟穎的父親今天向醫勞盟表示感謝，表示兒子涉嫌業務過失致死罪獲不起訴處分。

桃檢說，確實不起訴處分，因洪仲丘死亡與醫官救治行為，沒有因果關係。
