馬爾他準備出售護照 招來批評

歐洲國家馬爾他為賺取外匯，準備出售護照給外國有錢人。

馬爾他是歐盟國家中最小一個國家，為賺取外匯，馬爾他政府擬定「個人投資計畫」，允許外國人用錢購買馬爾他護照，成為馬爾他公民，費用為65萬歐元，相當兩千六百萬新台幣，這些外國人的配偶以及18歲以下子女，如果支付兩萬五千歐元，也能拿到馬爾他護照，但必須經過嚴格審查。

這個方案前天在馬爾他內閣通過，但還需總統批准才能生效。

馬爾他反對黨領袖布蘇提堅決反對這個方案。他說，公民身份只有價值，沒有價格，不應該標上價格出售。馬爾他政府給公民身份標上價格出售，摧毀了它的價值，這是馬爾他民主最黑暗的日子。
