合正 擬處分中壢廠開盤漲停

合正科技（5381）董事會決議擬以4.1億元出售中壢廠房、土地給立肯企業，初估處分利益近2.28億元，貢獻每股近1.22元，今天一開盤鎖住漲停板2.83元價位。

合正近年營運不振，10月營收1.49億元，比9月及2012年10 月各減少3.96%、32.99%；前十月營收16.01億元，低於2012 年同期39.18%。

合正前三季營收12.4億元，毛利率負1.01%，稅後純益3,600 萬元，每股稅後純益0.19元；營收比2012 年同期減少2.1%，毛利率提高7.09個百分點，因有處分轉投資大陸廣東省惠州廠房挹注，轉虧為盈。

合正第3季稅後純損2,292萬元，比第2季轉盈為虧，比2012年同期縮減80.76%，每股稅後純損0.12元。

合正第3季營收4.57億元，毛利率3.32%；營收比第2季及2012年同期各增加13.64%、13.43%，毛利率分別提高9.02、4.06個百分點，創12季最高。
