中市自辦重劃地主抗議官員圖利財團 胡志強：追究調查

台中市「單元一安和自辦重劃區地主自救聯合會」、「單元二黎明自辦重劃區自救會」，今天(十四號)到議會陳情，質疑重劃過程灌人頭，尤其公九十三號公園用地，一隻牛剝兩層皮，交六用地更是違法以市價徵收，涉嫌圖利財團六百億。對此，市長胡志強表示，如有灌人頭一定追究責任，至於交六用地，考慮找替代方案，不會有圖利空間。(寇世菁報導)

台中市議員楊永昌陪同安和自辦重劃區地主自救聯合會、單元二黎明自辦重劃區自救會，到議會拉舉白布條陳情抗議，並指出，公九十三公園用地一隻牛剝兩層皮，圖利九十三億元、黎明污水場三千四百坪地，市值二十七億被污了、交六用地違法以市價徵收，涉嫌圖利財團六百億，市府財產憑空消失，要求移送法辦。

議員楊永昌隨後質詢市長，要求政風追究到底，政風處長表示，一定公正客觀調查。

胡志強強調，如果事實違法，立即交政風處調查，如有灌人頭，一定追究責任。至於交六用地，胡志強指出，考慮找替代方案，就不會有圖利空間。
