中國鐵路總公司昨日成功發行今年首期鐵道債，規模200億元人民幣，年期10年，招標利率區間為4.15-5.15%。

根據規劃，2013年中國鐵路建設債券發行規模1500億元。籌集資金將用於哈爾濱至齊齊哈爾鐵路客運專線等73個鐵路建設項目。

在上半年鐵路固定資產投資未完成過半任務的情況下，下半年鐵路固定資產投資建設有望提速，並將消化部分落後產能，拉動相關產業的發展。(ce/u)
