美國研擬行動app指導綱領

美國一批業界遊說團體和隱私權人士說，他們支持一套新的「行動app指導綱領」，幫助消費者知道他們哪些個資被從他們的手機或平板電腦轉給行銷業者。這套綱領指導消費者，某個app蒐集哪些個資，包括你人在何處，你的上網習慣、你平常和誰聯絡，以及這些個資如何可能被拿去和其他公司分享。支持者說，這些事情，很多消費者被蒙在鼓裡。Google Maps、Angry Birds、GasBuddy等行動app下載往往只要幾塊錢，但和所有提供醫療諮詢和親子關係要領的網站一樣，這些app要你的生日、ZIP code及住址等個資，才能發揮功能，而這些個資可能被轉賣給行銷業者，讓開發這app的人獲得厚利。
