關中說從未參與太太欣欣總座的事

退輔會主委曾金陵兩周前傳出請辭，原因再度傳出是因「鬥不過」考試院長關中，無法阻擋關中太太張惠君續任欣欣百貨總經理，關中今天首度親自出面說明，這事從頭都沒有參與介入，沒有講過任何話，更不可能為此去找行政院長江宜樺。

關中受訪時表示，除了張惠君是他的太太外，針對張出任欣欣百貨這件可，他沒有身分講任何話，因為張惠君有她自己的工作與職業，從認識之前就開始工作，從來沒有一天停過，張惠君在欣欣大眾，從頭到尾都是民股支持出任副總經理與總經理，明明是民股支持出任，不知退輔會為什說是代表官股呢？
