薄熙來涉貪受賄濫權 今遭提起公訴

根據新華社報導，中國前重慶市委書記薄熙來因涉嫌受賄、貪污與濫用職權，今(25)日山東省濟南市人民檢察院向濟南市中級人民法院提起公訴，並要求以數罪倂罰。

新華社報導指出，濟南市人民檢察院於起訴書中指控，被告薄熙來身為國家機關工作人員，卻利用職務上的便利為他人謀取利益，並非法收受他人財物且數額巨大，加上貪污公款與濫用職權，使得國家與人民損失重大，故依法以受賄罪、貪污罪與濫用職權罪名正式起訴。

香港親中的大公報於24日曾透露，薄熙來將可能面臨3項罪名，涉案總金額近人民幣3000萬元，並至少入獄15年，最高可判死刑。

中新網評論指出，中國對薄熙來提起公訴，代表的是政府懲治貪腐的決心。

中國獨立記者高瑜則透露，中國政府對於薄熙來的指控含有高度政治因素，是有目的地掩蓋政治上的分歧。高瑜並指出，薄熙來因曾任中央政治局委員，掌握許多國家與黨的機密，其審判將可能不會公開。

薄熙來及其妻谷開來於2012年遭逮捕，薄熙來涉及貪污、命案與性醜聞，谷開來則涉嫌英國商人海伍德（Neil Heywood）之死。
