日月光案 張虔生被告身分遭傳喚

高雄地檢署今天下午針對日月光排放汙水案、傳喚日月光董事長__張虔生、營運長__吳田玉、以及總經理__羅瑞榮等3人說明。檢察官指出、張虔生目前是被告身分，但是在偵訊後、三人都被請回。 ==高雄地檢署襄閱檢察官 黃元冠== 依據過去這連日來的相關查證和搜索扣押的結果認為有傳訊張虔生先生以被告身分到庭說明的必要所以在今天下午傳訊 張虔生應訊後，快步離開地檢署，並未針對被傳喚的過程多做說明。而另兩名被傳喚的營運長和總經理、目前則是證人的身分。檢察官今天約談的目的、是要釐清日月光排放廢水的決策流程。
