邵玉銘:公視派遣工 原則全納編

公廣集團目前的工作人力有五分之一屬於派遣，長期以來要求納入正式編制、還給他們合理的勞動條件。而公視董事會在傍晚開完會後，董事長__邵玉銘宣布、未來三個月內、將進行派遣工合理化處理方案，一一面談，了解157位派遣員工的職位和待遇，原則上希望盡量納編。 ==公視董事長 邵玉銘== 他們的待遇 他們的職位怎麼樣的合理化要合乎法 合乎情 合乎理從現在開始到明年的3月31號我們跟這些157名派遣工懇談原則上我們都希望能夠盡量納編 公視預計在明年三月底前，進行派遣員工合理化，另外也將針對公司內部人力管理，進行人力盤點，並重新評估目前公視所有的節目和新聞節目，未來也將開設國際新聞、英文新聞、加強公共議題和藝文賞析等四大節目。
