南韓現代家庭重女輕男

在南韓，「重男輕女」思想已成為歷史，若只生一個孩子，六成以上的韓國家庭更希望是個女孩。

新華網報導，韓國文化體育觀光部以韓國19歲以上成年男女為對象，調查了2537人，結果顯示，當理想子女數為1名時，66.2%的韓國人更希望是女孩。若理想子女數為2名，94.3%的韓國人希望是男女各一名，當理想子女數是3名時，58.4%的韓國人希望是男孩1名，女孩2名。
