日月光意見書送達 是否停工20日裁定

高雄市環保局「勒令停工」，十天陳述意見時間到期，日月光趕在下午四點半完成遞送「陳述意見書」。高雄市環保局連夜加班審查，日月光停工與否？明天（20號）公布裁定結果。(林憲源報導)

日月光副總周光春將「陳述意見書」送進高雄市環保局，周光春說，日月光團隊最近花了很多心思想辦法改善，陳述意見書中最主要的部份是改善計畫，希望可以獲得環保局的接受。

高市環保局長陳金德說，依法行政，如果審查後維持停工處分也是不得不如此的痛苦決定。陳金德說，畢竟日月光的污染不是一次或一天，環保局從100年以來已經裁罰日月光K7廠六次。

高雄市環保局連夜加班，比對之前所蒐集的違規事實，審查日月光的陳述意見是否足以解釋。環保局會和相關局處討後論後，12月20日決定是否維持對日月光的「停工處分」。

根據觀察，環保局的態度堅定，也已經要求日月光做好停工準備。
