大家晚安 最近小弟接觸到有關產學合作方面的職務 學校是國立大學 企業是廢棄物處理公司 職務方面是專案助理 是由學校招聘的 簽約也是由學校方面負責 工作地點則是在企業公司 但有點令我疑惑的是有關薪資部分 因為學校方面是說薪水只有24K 而學校也說我可以再去跟企業洽談其他薪水或是獎金的部分 想請問一下有接觸過這個方面職務的前輩 請問此方面的職務是否應該適用於國科會所公布的薪資標準嗎? ex學士 31XXX 碩士 36XXX 還是因為此計劃本身所需對象學歷不是以大學學歷為主 就算本身我是大學學歷也是只拿專科學歷的薪資? 以及跟企業洽談其他薪水獎金部分也很奇怪 這樣是否就變成領雙份薪水了? 麻煩前輩解答了 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.70.198
