美國4月新屋銷售上升2%至年率45.4萬棟 預估為43萬棟

美國4月新屋銷售上升至經濟衰退以來第二高水準，累積的需求，低利率與舊屋餘屋偏低，接抬了需求。

商務部周四公布，美國4月新屋銷售年率達45.4萬棟，較3月的44.4萬棟上升2.3%。

接受MarketWatch調查的分析師平均預估，4月新屋銷售為43萬棟。

3月新屋銷售由41.7萬棟修正為44.4萬棟。

4月新屋銷售較2012年同期上升29%。

4月新屋中間價格較去年同期上升15%至271600美元。
