供五星飯店食品行　竄改有效期限4人收押

台南地檢署偵辦「銘哲行」高雄、台南2店涉嫌竄改有效期限案，因台南店「銘勝」掛名負責人吳宗賢、李水勝及2名經理吳榮佩、吳名捷均否認涉案，但檢方出具充分物證及人證，台南地院法官天今上午依《詐欺罪》裁定4人羈押。

另高雄總店「鼎玫」負責人陳美枝250萬元、會計洪毓黛200萬元、業務經理吳銘哲100萬元交保。銘哲行台南店今照常營業。

南部大型連鎖食品材料行「銘哲行」，涉嫌竄改過期食品的保存日期，且自行進口南北雜貨分裝，再貼上不實食品標籤，供應給南部地區五星級大飯店、連鎖餐廳、學校餐飲科、小吃店。
