基隆1名楊姓男子(80歲)涉對1名擁有D奶的印尼籍女看護襲胸，還戲謔說「這麼大」；基隆地院昨依強制猥褻罪將楊翁判刑6月，得易科罰金18萬元；可上訴。

《自由時報》報導，楊男昨受訪反駁，去年4月接受心臟冠狀動脈繞道手術，一直到目前雙手仍無力，也不可能當著太太的面做這種事。楊妻怒斥，印傭扯謊。

三軍總醫院蔡姓主任表示，楊男術後狀況穩定，到9月已復元，舉手和行走沒有問題。印傭案發後，經由外勞專線報案，已安置他處。
