扁申請入黨 綠委：有助病情

前總統陳水扁打算重新申請加入民進黨。扁嫡系立委高志鵬今表示，陳水扁重新加入民進黨，可享受大家庭的溫暖也是好事，對病情有幫助。立委邱議瑩說，陳水扁的司法案件，被政治迫害的成份大幅上升，醫療人權的部份也不被馬政府重視，陳水扁已無法用司法幫自己平反，此為黑牢生活的唯一希望與慰藉。
