林慶隆獲 國際風險管理確認師認證

中華民國「內部稽核協會」今天（4號）舉辦「內部稽核亞洲聯盟研討會」，國際內部稽核協會同時頒發「國際風險管理確認師認證」給審計部審計長林慶隆。研討會今年的主題是「王道治理」，林慶隆也表示，這與審計部目前致力的方向不謀而合。（戎華儀報導）

審計部審計長林慶隆四號出席中華民國內部稽核協會研討會，並獲頒國際內部稽核協會的國際風險管理確認師認證。林慶隆致詞時說，審計機關要積極促進國家良善治理，審計部未來將聚焦在為政府面臨的新興施政議題，以及潛存的財政、金融、經濟、社會、生態環境風險，提供避險性地前瞻意見。

林慶隆：『在熱門議題方面，我們積極來導入風險管理、風險導向跟顧客導向的審計理論，篩選攸關民眾權益、人民生活、公平正義的一些重大議題，比如像物價、基本工資、失業率、急診醫療等等的議題，來落實以民為本的審計。』

行政院主計處主計長石素梅致詞時也表示，行政院今年起推動內部稽核，選定部分機關試辦簽署內部控制制度聲明書，藉由內部稽核功能和機關首長對內部控制的自我卻認，強化行政機關自我控制的基礎。
