切結破功？衛福部次長：誰知業者沒誠信

福懋、頂新等油品大廠陷入黑心油風暴，外界批評衛生福利部處理食安事件時慣用「切結書」措施破功。衛福部次長許銘能大嘆「怎會知道這些業者一點誠信都沒有」，私下做壞事，又簽署切結，涉及偽造文書、詐欺罪，將交由檢調調查。

許銘能指出，簽署切結為自願性，這次出包的頂新屏東廠並無簽署切結書，對沒有簽署切結的油品廠商，衛福部將加強稽查，確保民眾食用安全。

對外界認為「切結」措施破功，許銘能並未正面回應，只說衛福部稽查工作不會停止，將徹底清查出國內所有不法食品。先前76項疑似有問題的油品中，目前已證實39件不合格，所有資料都公布在網路上。
