公司 太盟 宏進金屬 地點 官田 永康（明年會移到新化） 職務 儲備幹部 生管人員 住所 家裡 家裡 工時 8:00~17:30 (不太需要加班， 主管大多七點以前就閃人了 8:00~17:00 (需要輪班， 大約３個月換一次 月薪 N-10 N*15 Ｎ為碩士新人起薪 自從逃離防彈機殼工廠後，開始積極找工作 在經歷了１４間公司的面試後 只有２間通過 太盟的部分：公司氣氛還不錯，做的事情也不再是工頭的範圍 但是離家很遠（４０公里）車程要１小時 很怕去了撐不久（雖然之前工作也撐不久ＸＤ） 宏進的部分：公司屬於傳統產業，年底會搬到新化，其中一廠是做燃料電池 （上月休有薪假）但也因為這樣從原本車程１５分鐘增加到３０分鐘 可是工作內容是我不喜歡的但很容易上手的生管 假日要加班的機會也很大 剛開始要從OP的作業開始學習（所以有加班費） 之後上手後 就沒有加班費了 我大部分是偏向太盟 可是又很想去傳統產業 有人比較清楚這兩間的消息嗎？ 因為網路上資料不多 關於我 私大碩畢 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.123.249
