新北舉行三芝茭白筍節

天氣逐漸轉涼，正是新北市三芝區茭白筍盛產時節，三芝區農會表示，目前種植多達60公頃茭白筍，但受今年夏天太熱影響，很多茭白筍開花，產量銳減到只有300多公噸，但品質還是穩定。新北市農業局、三芝區公所今明兩天，在三芝區淺水灣停車場舉辦茭白筍節活動，結合附近餐飲店家推出各項優惠活動。今天開幕就吸引上千民眾參加與採購。
